Bluecastle Capital, who owns 42 High Street Birmingham, is looking to submit a planning application to redevelop the existing building to create a mixed-use development including new housing. The development will provide approximately 700 build-to-rent homes, together with new landscaping and tree planting in and around the building.

The site is part of Birmingham’s City Centre Growth Area and offers a unique opportunity to develop a landmark building, representing a new front door to the city.
